Esto es solo \u00a33K menos de nuestra asignaci\u00f3n anual de inversi\u00f3n ISA.<\/p><p>En los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, tuve que pedir prestado dinero para reinvertir en mis propiedades de alquiler y es por eso que 2020 tambi\u00e9n muestra un reembolso de pr\u00e9stamo de \u00a310K. Mi inversi\u00f3n en ISA tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 ah\u00ed cuando la necesito para emergencias, y podr\u00eda haber retirado el dinero para renovar mis propiedades de alquiler, pero tuve acceso al \"dinero de otras personas\" y ahora lo devolv\u00ed.<\/p><p>Idealmente, me gustar\u00eda poder obtener adelantos en efectivo de mis prestamistas hipotecarios de alquiler para tales emergencias, particularmente cuando he realizado pagos en exceso de la hipoteca a lo largo de los a\u00f1os por tales eventos. Sin embargo, habl\u00e9 con mi prestamista hipotecario y me rechazaron bajo la impresi\u00f3n de que lo usar\u00eda para agregarlo a mi inversi\u00f3n en ISA. Sent\u00ed que su juicio era incorrecto, por eso tuve que pedir prestado el dinero.<\/p><p>Ahora, estoy creando una reserva de emergencia separada para reparaciones de emergencia de alquiler en una cuenta separada.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, he visto a tantas otras personas que buscan la \"libertad financiera\" completar su asignaci\u00f3n ISA de 20K este a\u00f1o, tal vez Covid-19 haya ayudado a
