It would be 2K a month if it wasn’t for a loan repayment. I don’t really know where to start, but I want to admit that I have been feeling rather embarrased to post about my saving whilst others are struggling during this time. However, only a few days back I reached the amazing age of 45! It has been a time for reflection, and as I am getting older and wiser I feel that I am following the right path about saving to invest. This year my desire to travel to Peru has become much stronger, to spend time with my elderly parents, and set up a business and persue other interests in Peru.
Nonetheless, I still have landlording commitments to fulfill here in the UK. I am refurbishing my current BTL, and I have borrowed money for the refurbishment and that is why you are seeing in the above stament a loan repayment of 1K. I will update you about the property refurbishment in another post. I am hoping to write about other ways I make money alongside my property investment too.
