About Me
I am Bertha Huayllani: A mother to two wonderful children. BSc (Hons) Psychology, PgDip. Counsellor/Psychotherapist accredited.
I studied at The University of Salford, Greater Manchester. I am Peruvian, and I practice Traditional Ancentral Healing based on the Methods and Principles used by my ancestors.
I advocate for life-long learning, so I pursue various interests in many areas that enlightened me and helped me towards developing fully both personally and professionally.
I am a licensed registered landlord with Salford City Council, and I have been renting properties for nearly two decades, starting with the first house I bought as my own home.
My aim is to be the best expression of myself, and to be the best at helping you to solve your problems.
Thank you.
Community Projects UK-Peru
When I arrived to the UK back in 1998 from Peru, not only I had to learn another language, adjust to the British weather and my new environment, I had to manage our very low household income too. Many of those issues made me feel disadvantaged, and vulnerable particularly when a landlord treated me unfairly.
I wanted to better myself, so I divised a plan, to save and invest in property, I studied English, Completed Access to HIgher Education, went to University for 5 years all whilst also bringing two young children. I am passionate about learning, and implementing them
, I have learnt investment through books, online, and online forums such as the Monevator. I set another 5 year plan “saving to invest” FB challenge completed succesfully which you can click in the link below.
All my experience has shaped me. I follow plans (or goals) systematically and thoroughly to completion. I have become better at managing money, I developed a strong money mindset and believe in the importance of financial literacy as I truly believe that saving to invest has saved my own life.
Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to pass on this knowledge to you and help you achieve your goals.
Thank you for reading.

Green Yards Project was born around March 2020 just days before the first lockdown.
Salford is made up of old terraced houses that is a reminiscent of Victorian times and it really reflects the ‘old Britain’ of terraced houses and narrow alleys.
This area in particular has become very popular with students, young professionals and other transient residents. Maybe due to its proximity to the University, city centre and many amenities and its great transport links into various parts of Manchester. As a result, and in addition the council experiencing funding cuts impacting rubbish collection, we have seen an accumulation of rubbish in the alleys of this area.
Please, see in our link below how we go about transforming this neglected area into a green and clean place.
Thank you.
